This comprehensive suite was seamlessly integrated with the client’s monitoring and identity solutions, fostering a unified operational ecosystem. NV1 security-cleared personnel from Togetha™ delivered initial training, empowering key staff to maximise the benefits of the new system.
Togetha™’s ongoing support encompasses maintenance, enhancements responsive to emerging needs, and regular training updates, all contributing to a significant enhancement of ‘The Defence Supplier’s’ project management acumen while steadfastly upholding the rigorous security compliance integral to their operations.
Result
The collaboration has culminated in a robust and secure Atlassian Data Center solution, markedly advancing the client’s project management capabilities. The client now enjoys streamlined processes for raising requests and incidents through the Togetha Support Desk. Comprehensive monthly reports shed light on performance, incident and service request statuses, upgrade recommendations, and a detailed analysis of allocated versus utilised hours.
Following the conclusion of the original support arrangement in December 2022, a renewed extended support agreement was forged, entrusting Togetha Group with expanded responsibilities.
