Data residency gives organisations more control and peace-of-mind over their data by ensuring user-generated content is stored within Australia.

Data Residency is available for the following Atlassian Cloud Products:

• Jira Software;
• Jira Service Management; and
• Confluence

Customers should note that Apps may have data stored outside of Atlassian systems, so it is important to review what data is stored by the App vendors and where that data resides. It is part of our standard practice to review such details on customer’s behalf to make it easy for clients and ensure confidence their data is secure and kept within Australia.
