About External Share and Contract Signatures
Virtual collaboration within and external to your organisation has become a necessity in today’s work life, which relies on instant connectivity and virtual communication. In this blog post, we will be reviewing two Warsaw Dynamics apps which enable users to work from anywhere; External Share and Contract Signatures. These apps are available in Atlassian Cloud with External Share is also available on Data Centre (self-host).
Purpose
To keep pace with today’s increasingly mobile world, Warsaw Dynamics have developed External Share and Contract Signatures to eliminate the time, money and security lost when using traditional methods or other tools available on the market. The apps at the focus of this blog both provide a single source of truth, streamlining data so organisations can make decisions based on the most up-to-date and relevant data available.
External Share enables collaboration in real-time. The app allows users to securely share temporary access to live Jira and Confluence data with others, including people outside the user’s instance. Warsaw Dynamics ensures data security is maintained at all times, storing all data on Atlassian servers and providing users control over granular permissions to dictate exactly how, when or what external users can see or do.
Contract Signatures enables users to sign from anywhere. Available for both Jira and Confluence, and accessible via mobile, this app streamlines the contract and approval process, providing a faster and more cost-effective method for parties to agree in today’s globalised society. In the Jira instance, Contract Signatures offers both internal and external users the ability to approve and agree to work with only a signature. In both the Confluence and Jira version, users have access to full contract management natively within Confluence, eliminating the need to export, print or even use external third-party signature tools.
